Why Should You Rent From MHN Properties?

We are a professional management company. All home repairs are handled by professional and competent vendors. We are always available to address any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your new home and we will do all that we can to make your stay with us an enjoyable and mutually beneficial relationship. You can also pay your rent online via ACH (direct deposit) and submit maintenance requests online.

How do I move into an MHN managed property?

  1. Request to view the property you’re interested in.
  2. Complete the application in accordance to the application guidelines. Submit your signed, completed application with the application fee and application deposit in certified funds.
  3. Once you are notified by phone that you are approved, set up a move-in date. Contact your utility companies to put services in your name.
  4. Bring your first month’s rent and pet deposit (if applicable) in certified funds to your move-in appointment. If your lease begins after the first of the month, we will prorate the first month's rent.
  5. During your move-in appointment you will sign the lease, go through tenant orientation and receive your keys.
