Your Marketing Plan

  • You will have access to a website where you can log on and read up to date feedback on your showings.
  • There will be an automated service that emails every realtor who shows your home. We request that they complete an online survey so you can receive valuable feedback.
  • Your property will be advertised across several different media including: internet, open houses, yard signs and informational flyers.
  • A mobile phone number will be posted so that interested parties can directly speak to an agent for information. This allows us to collect the caller's phone number so we can follow up directly with everyone who expresses interest in your home.
  • We will take a variety of complimentary and effective photos of your property. Your property will be listed on MLS and on the MHN Properties website.
  • A lock box, "For Sale" sign and a cell phone number will be installed immediately after receiving an executed listing agreement.
  • A listing of your home will be entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) within 48 hours of receiving the listing agreement.
  • You will be updated regularly with the progress and will be able to speak with your listing agent for any questions or concerns that you have throughout the sale of your home.
