Prospective Owners:
We recommend a one on one consultation with Keith or Ronnah to find out what your expectations are as a property owner and MHN Properties client. Your home is a valuable investment and we will do what we can to ensure that you see a return on that investment. Most homes, if managed and marketed properly and have been "ready to rent" have a tenant within thirty days of its first listing and a few even have a signed lease before the house closes. We expect our renters to take utmost care of your property and our policies are designed to protect your interests. Potential tenants are screened to make sure they have acceptable credit, reliable payment history and good rental history, as well as pass a criminal background check. It's our job to make your role as an investment owner as easy as possible.
Prospective Tenants:
First , you need to fill out an application (see the Application Forms link button) and submit it to our office with the appropriate application fee and application deposit to start the process. This takes the home off the market. At the time of move in, you will then pay the first months rent and pet deposit ( if applicable) in certified funds. If your lease begins after the first of the month, we will prorate the first month's rent. We are always available to address any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your new home and we will do all that we can to make your stay with us an enjoyable and mutually beneficial relationship.
